The situation of young mother in Myślenice.

Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej było ukazanie zmieniających się wzorów macierzyństwa w małym mieście o nazwie Myślenice. Potrzeba podjęcia tematu zrodziła się przy okazji pytania o obowiązujące postawy wobec macierzyństwa i wychowania dzieci. Podczas przeprowadzania badań szczególną uwagę zwróciłam przenoszeniu przez matki na swoje tereny nowoczesnych wzorów macierzyństwa bez wyrzeczeń. Grupą badaną były młode matki należące do klasy średniej. Kobiety te zmieniają wizerunek matki w Myślenicach. Kultura i obyczajowość małej społeczności przestają wywierać na nich presję, kobiety same decydują jak będą wyglądały ich role jako matek.

The aim of this Master's dissertation is to present the changing maternitypatterns in the small town of Myslenice. The need to address this issue wasborn when the question of current attitudes towards maternity and childupbringing arose. While conducting my research I paid particular attentionto mothers' transferring modern, devoid of sacrifice maternity patterns totheir areas. The subjects of this research were young middle class mothers.These women are changing the image of a mother in Myslenice. The pressure of the culture and mores of a small community is diminishing and women createtheir own notion of what the role of a mother should be like.
