Dislocations of the hip joint endoprostheses as complications after the endoprosthesoplasty.

Zwichnięcia powstające po zabiegu endoprotezoplastyki stawu biodrowego są jednym z najczęstszych powikłań tego zabiegu. Jest to trudny problem ortopedyczny. Celem niniejszej pracy była analiza czynników wpływających na zwichanie endoprotez po zabiegu alloplastyki całkowitej stawu biodrowego. Badania przeprowadzono metodą analizy dokumentacji a materiał badawczy został zebrany przy użyciu narzędzia badawczego, którym w tym przypadku było 750 historii chorób pacjentów obejmujące przedział czasowy od 2002-2010 roku. Wiek badanych wahał się od 30-95 lat. Występowanie zależności statystycznej poddano testowi chi- kwadrat dla przyjętego poziomu istotności p 0,05. Wyniki badań opracowano przy użyciu programu do analizy danych R- Project.Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można stwierdzić, że nie ma widocznych prawidłowości w liczbie występujących zwichnięć endoprotezy na przełomie lat 2002-2010. W grupie badanej do zwichnięcia endoprotezy dochodzi najczęściej podczas wstawania z łóżka. Analizują dane można stwierdzić, ze jedynie wiek badanych miał istotny wpływ na występowanie zwichnięć endoprotezy stawu biodrowego.

Dislocations arising after endoprosthesoplasty of the hip joint are the most common complications of this procedure. It proves to be a very complicated orthopaedic problem. The aim of the following thesis was the analysis of factors which influence endoprostheses dislocations after the total hip joint alloplasty surgery. The studies were conducted using the method of medical records analysis, and the research data were collected by means of a research tool which, in this case, was medical history of 750 patients from 2002 until 2010. The examined patients were between 30 and 95 years old. Occurrence of statistical dependency was analysed by chi-square test for the assumed significance level p 0,05. The results were worked out using data analysis application R-Project. According to the conducted research no noticeable regularities in the number of occurring endoprosthesis dislocation between 2002 and 2010 were noticed. In the examined group endoprostheses dislocations take place most frequently during getting up from a bed. The study of the data shows that only the age of examined patients had a significant influence on the occurrence of the endoprosthesis dislocation among analysed patients.
