The aim of this study was to present the discussion on the concordat between the Holy See and the Polish Republic in 1993. Explained the concept of the concordat and its history. Described the political situation in which they fought to the dispute. Presents the arguments of opponents and supporters of this agreement, on its individual provisions. In conclusion summarizes the results of the concordat and its impact on the live of Poles.

Celem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie dyskusji wokół konkordatu zawartego między Stolicą Apostolską a Rzeczpospolitą Polską w 1993 roku. Wyjaśnione zostało pojęcie konkordatu i jego historia. Opisano sytuację polityczną w jakiej toczył się spór. Przedstawiono argumenty przeciwników i zwolenników tej umowy, dotyczące jej poszczególnych zapisów. W zakończeniu podsumowano efekty tego konkordatu i jego wpływ na życie Polaków.
