Procedural aspects of the institution of the Crown witness

Tematem tej pracy jest problematyka instytucji świadka koronnego w procesie karnym. Przedstawiona została jej geneza oraz sposób regulacji instytucji świadka koronnego na gruncie prawa polskiego. Uwzględniono także uregulowania prawne dotyczące tej materii w innych państwach. W pracy zwrócono również uwagę na relację tej instytucji do zasad konstytucyjnych i zasad procesu karnego.

The topic of the thesis is the issue of Crown witness in criminal procedure.The thesis describes the historical development of the institution and analyses the regulation of the concept of Crown witness under Polish law. Moreover, the assessment regarding legal rules in different countries was conducted. This thesis also highlights the regulation of this institution in the context of constitution law and criminal process.
