The development of condo hotels in the world and in Poland

Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest ocena uwarunkowań rozwoju condohoteli w Polsce północnej (w województwach zachodniopomorskimi i pomorskim) W pracy zaprezentowano specyficzne cechy rynku nieruchomości w branży hotelarskiej. W szczególności uwagę skupiono na zagadnieniach związanych z działalnością condohotelu, jako podsektora rynku hotelowego. Ponad to w pracy została zawarta dokładna charakterystyka rynku condohoteli w województwie zachodniopomorskim i pomorskim. W części praktycznej dotyczącej oceny uwarunkowań rozwoju condohoteli w Polsce północnej zostały przedstawione obliczenia dotyczące prognozowanej liczby apartamentów na lata od 2014 do 2018 oraz wywiad na temat atrakcyjności inwestycji w apartament w condohotelach. W końcowej części pracy omówiono perpektywy rozwoju condohoteli. Metodami badawczymi, które wykorzystano w pracy były metody statystyczne, polegające na analizie szeregów czasowych oraz wywiad przeprowadzony z managerem Condohotels Group. Dzięki tym dwóm metodom możliwe było uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie dotyczące przyszłego rozwoju condohoteli na terenie województw zachodniopomorskiego i pomorskiego.

The aim of this master's thesis is to assess the conditions for the development of condo hotels in Northern Poland (in the provinces West Pomeranian and Pomeranian) The paper presents the specific features of the real estate market in the hotel industry. In particular, attention has been focused on issues related to the activities condo hotel, as a sub-sector of the hotel market. Also at work was concluded the exact characteristics of the market condo hotels in Western Pomerania and Pomerania. In the practical part were presented calculations of the projected number of apartments in the years from 2014 to 2018 and an interview about the attractiveness of an investment in an apartment in condo hotel. In In the final part of the paper discussed the development of condo hotels. Research methods, which it used at work was statistical methods, involving the analysis of time series and interview with manager of Condohotels Group. With these two methods, it was possible to answer the question regarding the future development of condo hotels in the West Pomeranian and Pomeranian.
