Tematem niniejszej pracy jest wpływ Jose Mourinho na Real Madryt w sezonach 2010-2013. W pracy zostały szeroko opisane pojęcie i istota zarządzania, pojęcie menadżera oraz cechy idealnego menadżera. Przedstawiono historię Realu Madryt na przestrzeni lat a także opisano cechy charakteru jego menadżera Jose Mourinho oraz jego wcześniejsze osiągnięcia. Opisano jakie zadania miał do zrealizowania w Realu Madryt i czy mu się to udało. Głównym celem niniejszej pracy było pokazanie jak osoba menadżera Jose Mourinho wpłynęła na sportowe wyniki zespołu Real Madryt oraz czy jego zatrudnienie miało sens.

The subject of the following thesis is the influence of Jose Mourinho on Real Madrid C.F. during the seasons 2010-2013. The work describes in detail the notion and the essence of management, the notion of a football menedżer and the features of the perfect menedżer. It presents the history of Real Madrid throughout the years as well as the characteristics of the club menedżer, Jose Mourinho, along with his previous achievements. The thesis displays the aims he was supposed to achieve in the club and if he succeeded in fulfilling them. The main goal of the following work was to present how Jose Mourinho influenced the results of Real Madrid's games and if his engagement turned out to be viable.
