System do inwentaryzacji środków trwałych w Comarch ERP EGERIA

W ramach pracy magisterskiej została zaprojektowana, utworzona i opisana aplikacja Egeria Inwentaryzacja. Oprogramowanie ma na celu usprawnienie procesu inwentaryzacji zgodnego ze standardami systemu Comarch ERP Egeria poprzez identyfikację środków trwałych na podstawie kodów kreskowych, ich automatyczne zliczanie oraz korektę wykrytych nieprawidłowości za pomocą wniosków korygujących aktualny stan środka. Do implementacji użyto rozwiązań skupionych wokół systemu Android oraz silnika bazodanowego Oracle, uwzględniając przy tym dobre praktyki programistyczne. Rozwiązano problem obsługi ogromnej ilości danych oraz ich bezpiecznego przechowywania i przesyłania pomiędzy środowiskami.Rozwiązanie Egeria Inwentaryzacja dotychczas zostało z sukcesem wdrożone w środowisko produkcyjne kilku przedsiębiorstw oraz zaprezentowane na ogólnopolskim Forum Administratorów i Użytkowników Egerii 2014.

In frames of a master's thesis, author designed, developed and documented mobile application Egeria Inventory. The software is aimed to streamline the process of stocktaking, standards-compliant system ERP Comarch Egeria by identifying the fixed assets based on barcodes, their automatic counting and revise of irregularities through requests of correction, which amends the current state of the assets.The implementation is structured around Android ecosystem and Oracle database engine, incorporating best programming practices. In implementation author has solved the problem of handling large amounts of data, their safe storing and transferring between different environments. The Egeria Inventory has been currently deployed into production environments of several companies, also the solution has been presented at national Forum Administrators and Users of Egeria 2014.
