"The perception of the school headmaster’s compentence of the committee board people at the headmaster competition"

W pracy omówiono zagadnienia związane z wyborem nowego dyrektora szkoły ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kompetencji dyrektora. Pierwsze dwa rozdziały pracy zawierają zagadnienia teoretyczne, które są bazą do dalszej analizy tematu. Celem głównym pracy było zbadanie jakimi kompetencjami dyrektora kierują się osoby zasiadające w komisji podczas konkursu na stanowisko dyrektora. Do badań użyty został kwestionariusz z 15 stwierdzeniami opisującymi kompetencje dyrektora szkoły. Wykorzystano 25 pozycji bibliograficznych z literatury przedmiotowej oraz inne komunikaty.

In this thesis tere were discussed the problems of choosing the new headmaster considering the competences of the headmaster. The first two chapters are the theory to the further consideration. The main aim of the thesis was to investigate the competences of the headmasters which are takem into consideration by the board while choosing the one. To do it there was used a survey consisting of 15 statements describing the competences of the headmasters. There were used 25 reference titles from the objective literature as well as other official statements.
