Japanese concepts of quality management based on NSK Steering Systems Europe Sp. z.o.o.

The thesis tackles the topic of quality management, in particular Japanese concepts of quality management. The purpose of this study was to investigate and verify those concepts that can bring the company greatest benefits. Research was conducted using diagnostic method and with support from the interview. The research thesis is that the Japanese concepts of quality management lead to improvement in product's quality, diminution of the costs and improvement in safety in the automotive industry. The study has confirmed that thesis. The issue was developed on the basis of Polish and foreign literature, Internet sources concerning the topic and various materials collected during the research.

Praca podejmuje tematykę zarządzania jakością, a w szczególności japońskie koncepcje zarządzania jakością. Jej celem jest identyfikacja tych koncepcji, które przynoszą przedsiębiorstwu największe korzyści. Przeprowadzono badania metodą diagnostyczną, a także przy pomocy wywiadu. Przyjęto hipotezę, iż japońskie koncepcje zarządzania jakością oddziałują na poprawę jakości wyrobu, obniżenie kosztów i poprawę bezpieczeństwa pracy w branży motoryzacyjnej. Przeprowadzone badania potwierdziły postawioną w pracy hipotezę. Zagadnienie zostało omówione w oparciu o literaturę polską i zagraniczną, źródła internetowe i materiały zebrane podczas badań.
