Euthanasia in terms of religious and legal, and policy.

The aim of this master thesis is to present selected of euthanasia. Theme is analysed from the religious,legal and political standpoint.The first chapter consists of a brief presentation of the evolution of euthanasia as a concept all the way from Antiquity to World War II and is up-to-date definition.The second chapter presents the legal status of euthanasia in Netherlands, Belgium and Polish legislation.This chapter also refers to discusses living wills, the institution attorney for health issues and issues of policy in connection with the issues outlooks. The third chapter presents the position of the largest religions of the world.

Praca prezentuje wybrane kwestie dotyczące eutanazji, analizowane z punktu widzenia religijnego, prawnego i politycznego.W rozdziale pierwszym zaprezentowany jest historyczny rozwój pojęcia eutanazji od czasów antycznych aż do II wojny światowej oraz współczesna jego definicja.Rozdział drugi przedstawia status prawny eutanazji w Holandii,Belgii oraz ustawodawstwie polskim.W rozdziale tym zostały również omówione testamenty życia,instytucja pełnomocnika do spraw zdrowia oraz kwestie powiązania polityki z zagadnieniami światopoglądowymi. W rozdziale trzecim zostały przedstawione stanowiska największych religii świata.
