Pozycja ustrojowa premiera w wybranych państwach europejskich

In my paper I will take under consideration role and position of prime ministers in four countries. These countries are Great Britain, Germany, France and Poland. I will consider how much previous facts and history impacted their current role and position. In each paragraph I will try to take under consideration process of theirs nomination. I want to reconsider their role in their countries, their competences and rules which they have to obey during their time as a prime minister. Each country created their very own, specific type of government. We have example of leading role of prime minister of Great Britain or kanzler in Germany. In opposition to them I will consider role of prime minister in France. In Poland we can say that position of prime minister is weakened by strong position of president. There are many differences between types of government in this countries but there are some similar aspects like control of parliament over the government or other checks and balance mechanisms created to prevent government and prime minister from gathering too much power. Today we can see that role of governments is still growing so I will take it under consideration too. In my paper I will try to talk about each country separately because only in reference to their history and some national attributes we can fully understand role of prime minister and structure of government.

W swojej pracy skupię się na rozważeniu roli szefów rządów w czterech państwach. Tymi państwami są Wielka Brytania, Niemcy, Francja oraz Polska. Będę starał się rozważyć wpływ historii na ich rolę. W każdym rozdziale rozważę proces nominacji szefa rządu, ich kompetencje oraz to zakres kontroli której są poddani. Możemy zauważyć, ze w Niemczech czy Wielkiej Brytanii mamy do czynienia z wiodącą rolą szefa rządu.Pomimo wielu różnic pomiędzy tymi państwami można znaleźć podobieństwa takiej jak parlamentarna kontrola działań szefa rządu.
