The impact of tourism on the nature of the Tatra National Park

Turystyka w bardzo dużym stopniu wpływa na otaczający nas krajobraz. Największe zmiany można zaobserwować na terenach najchętniej odwiedzanych przez turystów. Do takich regionów można zaliczyć Tatrzański Park Narodowy. Celem niniejszej pracy jest przybliżenie oddziaływania ruchu turystycznego na przyrodę Tatrzańskiego Parku Narodowego. Na podstawie dostępnych publikacji wyróżniono i omówiono kilka głównych problemów z tym związanych.

Tourism has a very large impact on surrounding landscape. The biggest changes can be seen within the most popular areas such as Tatra National Park. The aim of this study is to present the impact of tourism on the Tatra National Park wildlife and the landscape. On the basis of the available publications several major problems related to this issue are presented and discussed in this study.
