Systems to motivate traders on the example of companies Janda Sp. Z.O.O. Sp. K.

The purpose of present thesis was represent and describe of incentive schemes in n small-sized enterprises. In introduction describes what is the management at all and what is the role of manager/director in small and medium enterprises. The next section is devoted to characterization of incentive systems mentioned above and how tradesman should be motivate in companies. In the last part of the text I contained examinations and conclusions which concern discussed incentive schemes of employees in the small-sized enterprise.

Początkowo możemy dowiedzieć się czym jest zarządzanie, oraz jaka jest rola kierownika w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach. Następna część pracy poświęcona jest charakterystyce systemów motywujących pracowników oraz jak powinni być motywowani handlowcy. W ostatniej części zawarłam badania dotyczące motywowania handlowców, w małym przedsiębiorstwie.
