Zarządzanie Wolontariatem w Stowarzyszeniu Opolski Projektor Animacji Kulturalnych w Opolu - analiza SWOT

The aim of the study is to analyze the management of volunteers in The Opole Association for the Promotion of Arts and Culture, using SWOT analysis. In the theoretical part are presented the issues on volunteering, and methods for volunteers managing. Thesis shows legal aspects of the Act which are regulating the attitude of the employing organization and the volunteer-taking employment. Also was undertaken an attempt to organize the actions to be taken by the organization which wants to start working with volunteers.

Celem pracy jest przeanalizowanie zarządzania wolontariuszami w Stowarzyszeniu Opolski Projektor Animacji Kulturalnych, przy wykorzystaniu analizy SWOT. W części teoretycznej zostały przedstawione kwestie dotyczące wolontariatu, a także sposoby zarządzania ochotnikami. Omówione zostały aspekty prawne wynikające z ustawy i regulujące stosunek organizacji zatrudniającej oraz wolontariusza podejmującego zatrudnienie. Podjęta została również próba uporządkowania działań jakie powinna podjąć organizacja chcąca rozpocząć współpracę z ochotnikami.
