Education and professional development of volleyball trainers in Poland and German

The phenomenon of the Polish education system and it perfectionism to the professional trainers of volleyball, is a worldwide known and it brings many thoughts which concentrate on the innovation on the issue in approach to the topic. What is intriguing, is how others countries deal with it, and out of which training methods are they using to educate (train) a sports team to give opportunities to the development in the discipline of volleyball. This dissertation presents a comparative analysis between Polish and German education systems and also improvements of teachers, instructors and trainers of volleyball, working with kids and youths. The aim of this research is to point out the similarity and differences between German and Polish education system and vocational training organization for volleyball.The starting point of this dissertation is to present theoretical aspects of management knowledge, intellectual capital and to bring close the topic of the work specific of the coach. In the later chapters there is a characteristic of institution which are responsible for education and professional improvement in both countries. The main organization responsible for these tasks in Poland the Polish Volleyball Federation, who, in order to work more effectively brought to life the Polish Volleyball Academy which is henceforth an organization dedicated to education and professional development of volleyball trainers. The German education system is headed by the German Volleyball Verband, the individual departments involved in properly training and implementation of programs and promotion of volleyball. The study showed many similarities in the organization of the system training, as well as analogous, both in Germany and Poland directions of improving professional volleyball trainers. However, there are also differences in both systems, which have a significant impact on the final result in the form of the development of the discipline in Poland and Germany.

Fenomen na skalę światową polskiego systemu kształcenia i doskonalenie zawodowego szkoleniowców piłki siatkowej nasuwa liczne refleksje skupiające się na zagadnieniach innowacyjności w podejściu do tematu. Intrygujące więc jest, jak inne kraje radzą sobie na tym polu i z jakich metod szkolenia korzystają, aby wykształcić kadrę sportową dającą możliwość rozwoju dyscypliny piłki siatkowej.Niniejsza praca prezentuje analizę porównawczą polskiego i niemieckiego systemu kształcenia i doskonalenia zawodowego, nauczycieli, instruktorów oraz trenerów piłki siatkowej pracujących z dziećmi i młodzieżą. Celem badań przeprowadzonych na potrzeby pracy jest wykazanie podobieństw i różnic pomiędzy niemieckim a polskim systemem kształcenia i doskonalenia zawodowego organizowanego dla szkoleniowców piłki siatkowej.Punktem wyjściowym pracy jest analiza zagadnień z zakresu zarządzania wiedzą, kapitałem intelektualnym oraz przybliżenie specyfiki pracy szkoleniowca sportowego dokonane z punktu widzenia realizowanego celu badawczego. W dalszej części scharakteryzowano instytucje zajmujących się kształceniemi doskonaleniem zawodowym w obu krajach. W Polsce jest to Polski Związek Piłki Siatkowej, który w celu efektywniejszych działań powołał do życia Akademię Polskiej Siatkówki będącej od tej pory organizacją zajmującą się kształceniem i doskonaleniem zawodowym szkoleniowców piłki siatkowej. Niemiecki system nauczania natomiast jest kierowany przez Deutsch Volleyball Verband, jego poszczególne działy zajmują się odpowiednio szkoleniem i realizacją programów upowszechniania piłki siatkowej.Przeprowadzone badania wykazały liczne podobieństwa w organizacji systemu szkoleniowego, a także analogiczne zarówno w Niemczech jak i w Polsce kierunki doskonalenia zawodowego szkoleniowców piłki siatkowej. Jednak istnieją również różnicew obu systemach, które mają znaczący wpływ na efekt końcowy w postaci rozwoju dyscypliny w Polsce i w Niemczech.
