ADMINISTRACJA JAKO SYSTEM BIUROKRATYCZNY

Tematem mojej pracy jest administracja jako system biurokratyczny. W pierwszym punkcie scharakteryzowane zostały najważniejsze pojęcia związane z biurokracją. Następnie ukazałam administracje jako strukturę biurokratyczną, jej charakterystykę oraz wpływ kadry urzędniczej na efektywność pracy administracji. W kolejnych dwóch punktach opisane zostały kolejno cechy oraz zasady biurokracji. Przedstawione pokrótce zostały także trzy rodzaje legitymacji władzy, które wyróżnia Weber. W kolejnym punkcie uwzględnione zostały także zalety oraz wady systemu biurokratycznego. Kończąc rozważania na scharakteryzowaniu pokrótce nowej wizji działania sektora publicznego jaką jest New Public Management.

The subject of my Bachelor' s Thesis is the administration as a bureaucratic system. In the first point the most important notions of bureaucracy are characterized. Then I showed the administration as a bureaucratic structure, its characteristics and the influence of the clerical staff on the efficiency of the administration work.
