Prawo majątkowe małżeńskie w II Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej

The thesis presents marital property law binding in Poland in the interwar period. The thesis describes both the statutory and contractual marital property systems operating in the Second Republic of Poland under the provisions of particular codes of the partitioning states.

Praca przedstawia majątkowe systemy małżeńskie obowiązujące na terenach Polski w okresie międzywojennym. W pracy zostały opisane zarówno ustroje ustawowe jak i umowne funkcjonujące w II RP na podstawie przepisów poszczególnych kodeksów państw zaborczych.
