Evaluation of the usefulness of the ePUAP platform for the implementation of electronic and public services on the example of the commune Trzyciąż

The aim of the study is to analyze and evaluate the usefulness of the ePUAP platform for the implementation of electronic and public services on the example of the Trzyciąż commune. The first chapter contains information on the functioning of the existing administrative system in Poland.On the other hand, the most important part is the chapter devoted to eGovernment as well as examples of electronic public services. The subject of the research were residents of the commune of Trzyciąż. The research tool through which the goal was achieved is a survey conducted in August 2017.The results of the study have allowed us to assess the usefulness of the ePUAP platform for the implementation of electronic and public services on the example of the Trzyciąż commune. In addition, other electronic and public utilities used by the Trzyciąż municipality have been checked. Based on the results, the areas of the ePUAP platform have been improved.

Cel niniejszej pracy stanowi dokonanie analizy i oceny przydatności platformy ePUAP do realizacji usług elektroniczno - publicznych na przykładzie Gminy Trzyciąż. W pierwszym rozdziale zawarto informacje na temat funkcjonowania dotychczasowego systemu administracyjnego w Polsce. Z kolei kluczową część odgrywa rozdział, któremu poświęcono zagadnienia związane z pojęciem e-administracji, a także w którym omówiono przykłady elektronicznych usług publicznych. Przedmiotem badań objęto mieszkańców Gminy Trzyciąż. Narzędzie badawcze, za pomocą którego zrealizowano cel pracy to ankieta przeprowadzona w sierpniu 2017 roku.Wyniki badań pozwoliły ocenić przydatność platformy ePUAP do realizacji usług elektroniczno - publicznych na przykładzie Gminy Trzyciąż. Ponadto sprawdzono inne narzędzia elektroniczno - publiczne używane przez Gminę Trzyciąż. Na podstawie uzyskanych rezultatów wskazano obszary doskonalenia platformy ePUAP.
