OCENA EFEKTYWNOŚCI SYSTEMU ZABEZPIECZENIA SPOŁECZNEGO OSÓB NIEPEŁNOSPRAWNYCH NA TERENIE GMINY KRAKÓW

The aim of the study is to discuss the issues of social security for people with disabilities in the commune of Cracow. The analysis has assessed the effectiveness of this system from the perspective of a disabled person. The examined group of the disabled was subjected to observation, then the characteristics. In the course of the research, the level of knowledge of the respondents on social security was verified. All the considerations were based on the analysis of the main research problem and the resulting hypotheses. Through empirical research, we managed to make a meaningful assessment of the effectiveness of the social security system for people with disabilities functioning in the commune of Cracow.

Celem opracowania jest omówienie problematyki zabezpieczenia społecznego osób niepełnosprawnych na terenie gminy Kraków. Analizie została poddana ocena efektywności funkcjonowania tego systemu z perspektywy osoby niepełnosprawnej. Badana grupa niepełnosprawnych została poddana obserwcji, nastepnie charakterystyce. W toku badań zweryfikowany został poziom wiedzy badanych na temat zabezpieczenia społecznego. Całość rozważań oparta była na analizie głównego problemu badawczego oraz wynikających z tego problemu hipotez. Drogą badań empirycznych udało się dokonać miarodajnej oceny efektywności systemu zabezpieczenia społecznego osób niepełnosprawnych funkcjonującego na terenie gminy Kraków.
