The situation of LGBT people in the world is very difficult. In the United States since 2015, there are legal same-sex marriages and adoption. Homosexuality is perceived as something worse. Sexual minorities are discriminated against. In particular, the situation of discrimination in the workplace was presented, due to many cases of such violations. As examples of activists and people who play a huge role in the environment of LGBT people, former US President Barack Obama and one of the most daring lesbians, Ellen DeGeneres, were given.
