Rola prokuratora w postępowaniu administracyjnym

The thesis presents the scope of prosecutor's powers and activities in administrative proceedings. Chapter I discusses the legal position of the prosecutor in historical and systemic perspective. The analysis coveres the period after Poland's regain independence until the present times.Chapter II of the thesis focuses on the position and forms of the prosecutor's participation in administrative proceedings, with particular emphasis on procedural rights and the participation of the prosecutor in extraordinary proceedings.Chapter III of the work was devoted to the actions of the prosecutor in relation to final judgments, with a strong emphasis on the institution of opposition.

Praca prezentuje zakres uprawnień i działań prokuratora w postępowaniu administracyjnym. W rozdziale I omawiana jest pozycja prawna prokuratora w ujęciu historycznym oraz systemowym. Analizie poddany został okres po odzyskaniu przez Polskę niepodległości aż po czasy obecne.Rozdział II pracy koncentruje się na pozycji oraz formach udziału prokuratora w postępowaniu administracyjnym ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem uprawnień procesowych oraz udziałem prokuratora w postępowaniach nadzwyczajnych.Rozdział III pracy poświęcony został działaniom prokuratora w stosunku do orzeczeń ostatecznych, ze zdecydowanym naciskiem na instytucję sprzeciwu.
