Zasada profesjonalizmu w służbie cywilnej

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie zasady zawodowości w służbie cywilnej. Praca została podzielona na trzy rozdziały. Pierwszy obejmuje analizę polskich rozwiązań prawnych dotyczących służby cywilnej od roku 1921 do 2006. W kolejnej części zaprezentowano aktualne rozwiązania prawne w zakresie realizacji zasady zawodowości w służbie cywilnej. Końcowy rozdział pracy obejmuje omówienie problematyki etyki służby cywilnej.

The purpose of this work is to present the principle of professionalism in the civil service. The master thesis is divided into three chapters. The first excerpt includes an analysis of Polish legal solutions regarding the civil service from 1921 to 2006. The next part presents current legal solutions in the field of implementing the principle of professionalism in the civil service. The final chapter of the work includes a discussion of the issues of the ethics of the civil service.
