Istota oraz funkcja skargi kasacyjnej w postępowaniu sądowoadministracyjnym

This work addresses the issue of cassation complaint. The presented work presents the legal nature of the cassation complaint institution and the role of the Supreme Administrative Court in the structure of the two-instance Polish administrative court in relation to its jurisdiction to examine a cassation appeal. The main part shows the components of a cassation appeal, the grounds and the reasons, pointing out the basic requirements in this area outlined by judicial decisions and legal consequences in their absence.

Prezentowana praca przedstawia charakter prawny instytucji skargi kasacyjnej oraz pozycję Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego w strukturze dwuinstancyjności polskiego sądownictwa administracyjnego - w odniesieniu do jego właściwości do rozpatrywania skargi kasacyjnej. W pracy zaprezentowano istotę, elementy skargi kasacyjnej, jej podstawy i ich uzasadnienie, wskazując podstawowe wymogi w tym zakresie, nakreślone przez prawo i orzecznictwo sądowe oraz skutki prawne w przypadku ich braku.
