Celem pracy magisterskiej była ocena systemu zarządzania jakością według normy IATF 16949:2016 w przedsiębiorstwie Hutchinson Poland Sp. z o.o. Zakład nr 2 w Żywcu. Aby dokonać oceny systemu przeprowadzono audyt dla czterech wybranych procesów według kryteriów normy IATF 16949:2016. W czasie audytu prowadzono obserwacje, wywiady z pracownikami oraz przeglądano dokumentacje, aby dokonać oceny systemu zarządzania w organizacji.

The aim of the master's thesis was to assess the quality management system according to the IATF 16949: 2016 norm in the Hutchinson Poland Company Sp. z o.o Plant No. 2 in Żywiec. To evaluate the system, an audit was carried out for four selected processes according to the criteria of IATF 16949: 2016. During the audit, observations, interviews with employees and documentation were reviewed to assess the management system in the organization.
