Celem pracy jest przybliżenie zjawiska netloru i określenie w jakich sytuacjach jest on pomocny współczesnemu społeczeństwu. Tematyka pracy obejmuje kontekst teoretyczny i empiryczny badanego zjawiska. Głównym celem badań jest analiza wpływu i znaczenia netloru w życiu młodych kobiet. Praca powstała w nurcie zarządzania humanistycznego i ukazuje konieczność poznania środowiska użytkowników i ich kultury, aby działania menagera były jak najbardziej efektywne.

The aim of the dissertation is to approximate the netlore phenomenon and determine in which situations it is helpful to contemporary society. The subject matter of the thesis includes the theoretical and empirical context of the studied phenomenon. The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact and importance of netlore in the young women’s lives. The thesis is based on trend of the humanistic management and shows the necessity to get to know the users' environment and their culture in order to make the manager's activities as effective as possible.
