W drugim rozdziale opisuję definicję postanowień i ich typy. W rozdziale trzecim omawiam postanowienia kończące fazę wstępną postępowania odwoławczego. Ostatni rozdział weryfikuje postanowienia kończące postępowanie odwoławcze.

In my worki I deal with the issue of provisions ending the appeal proceedings. The work is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, I discuss the appeal proceedings. The second chapter describes the definition of the provisions and their types. In the third chapter, I discuss the provisions concluding the preliminary phase of the appeal proceedings. The last chapter verifies the provisions ending the appeal proceedings.
