Cassation appeal in administrative court proceeding

The thesis describes the characteristics of an appeal against sentence in administrative court proceedings. It includes the elements that make up the scope of this legal measure, necessary conditions to its draw, with particular emphasis on duress. It indicates the basis of legitimacy and specifies right entity to bring this legal measure. It pays attention to influence of the Constitiution on construction of administrative judiciary. Additionally it covers historical overview of administrative judiciary on Polish territory.

Praca obejmuje charakterystykę skargi kasacyjnej w postępowaniu sądowoadministracyjnym. Zawiera elementy konstrukcji tego środka prawnego, warunki konieczne do jego sporządzenia ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem przymusu adwokacko-radcowskiego. Wskazuje podstawy legitymacji oraz określa podmioty właściwe do wniesienia tego środka prawnego. Zwraca uwagę na wpływ Konstytucji na budowę sądownictwa administracyjnego. Ponadto obejmuję zarys historyczny sądownictwa administracyjnego na ziemiach polskich.
