Bezpieczeństwo i ochrona lotnictwa cywilnego wobec współczesnych zagrożeń

Air transport is currently the most popular type of travel. The development of civil aviation has brought new threats against security. The subject of the master thesis is to show the complexity of the problem and the presentation of actions taken to protect civil aviation and Poles knowledge about the civil aviation security. In the thesis has been explained the essence of the unlawful interference in civil aviation and presents the forms of these crimes and the methods of fighting with them in international aviation law.

Transport lotniczy jest obecnie najpopularniejszym środkiem transportu. Wraz z rozwojem lotnictwa cywilnego pojawiły się zagrożenia przeciwko jego bezpieczeństwu. Przedmiotem pracy jest ukazanie złożoności problemu oraz przedstawienie działań podejmowanych w celu ochrony lotnictwa cywilnego oraz sprawdzenie świadomości Polaków w tym zakresie. W pracy wyjaśniono istotę aktów bezprawnej ingerencji wobec lotnictwa cywilnego, zaprezentowano formy przestępstw oraz metody ich zwalczania w międzynarodowym prawie lotniczym.
