Wchodzenie na rynek pracy a wyzwania stojące przed studentami i absolwentami kierunków humanistycznych uczelni wyższych w Krakowie

The title of my thesis is "Entering the labor market and the challenges faced by students and graduates of the humanities studies at universities in Krakow." The choice of such a subject is based on my personal experience as a student of the philosophy department. The thesis describes various situations faced by humanities graduates when choosing a career path. My intention was to investigate whether humanities studies influence the professional careers of young people, and if so, to what extent. The first chapter discusses the issues related to labor sociology and also illustrates specific data on higher education and the labor market in Poland, especially in Krakow. The second chapter describes the methodological issues of my research. The third part of my thesis is devoted to the analysis of collected empirical material.

Tytuł mojej pracy brzmi ,,Wchodzenie na rynek pracy a wyzwania stojące przed studentami i absolwentami kierunków humanistycznych uczelni wyższych w Krakowie''. Wybór takiej problematyki oparty jest na moich osobistych doświadczeniach, jako studentki wydziału filozoficznego. Praca opowiada o różnorakich sytuacjach, z jakimi muszą zmierzyć się osoby po studiach humanistycznych, w momencie wybierania ścieżki zawodowej. Pragnęłam zbadać, czy studia te wpływają na kształtowanie się karier zawodowych młodych ludzi, a jeśli tak, to w jakim stopniu. Pierwszy rozdział dotyczy zagadnień związanych z socjologią pracy, a także obrazuje konkretne dane dotyczące kształcenia wyższego oraz rynku pracy w Polsce i w Krakowie. Drugi rozdział opisuje kwestie metodologiczne moich badań. Trzecia cześć opiera się na analizie zebranego materiału empirycznego.
