POZYCJA PRAWNA PARLAMENTU W KONSTYTUCJACH REPUBLIKI WŁOSKIEJ I RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ POLSKIEJ

This work attempts to encompass the legal position of the parliaments in the legal order of the Republic of Poland and the Italian Republic as well as it presents the organization and the functioning of those bodies. This master's thesis comprises the introduction, six substantive chapters and the conclusion. The first and the second chapter illustrate the development of the constitutionalism in Italy and in Poland, then the third chapter depicts the structure, the components and the organization of the Parliament (Sejm and Senat) in the Republic of Poland, whereas chapter four is concerned with the similar analysis of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senat of the Italian Republic. The fifth chapter touches upon the functions of the Parliament in Poland, while the last one is devoted to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senat. The conclusion includes the summary of the work as well as general conclusions and observations regarding the legal position of the Parliament in Poland and in Italy.

Praca niniejsza jest próbą ujęcia pozycji prawnej parlamentów w porządku prawnym Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i Republiki Włoskiej oraz przedstawienia organizacji i funkcji tych organów. Praca magisterska złożona jest ze wstępu, sześciu rozdziałów merytorycznych i zakończenia. W pierwszym i drugim rozdziale opisałam rozwój konstytucjonalizmu we Włoszech i w Polsce, następnie w trzecim przedstawiłam strukturę, skład i organizację Sejmu i Senatu Rzeczpospolitej, w rozdziale czwartym podobnej analizie poddałam Izbę Deputowanych i Senat Włoch. W rozdziale piątym opisałam funkcje Parlamentu w Polsce, zaś w ostatnim pochyliłam się nad funkcjami Izby Deputowanych i Senatu. W zakończeniu zawarłam podsumowanie pracy, a także ogólne wnioski i przemyślenia na temat pozycji prawnej Parlamentu w Polsce i we Włoszech.
