The role of human resources in shaping relationships with foreign students at a private University

The purpose of this diploma thesis is discussion about the effectiveness of the employees of the Non-Public College towards the student on the example of the College of Tourism and Ecology in Sucha Beskidzka.The work was divided into two parts - the theoretical part briefly containing the stories of the concept of "Human Resources" along with their changing perception over the years by various authors, and a research using a questionnaire.As a result of the analysis of the conducted research, the respondents found that the hypothesis that the effectiveness of student-directed activities is high. In addition, discussion about the results allow select two of the most effective areas and diagnose elements that should be improvement.

Celem niniejszej pracy dyplomowej jest omówienie skuteczności działań pracowników Wyższej Uczelni Niepublicznej wobec studenta na przykładzie Wyższej Szkoły Turystyki i Ekologii w Suchej Beskidzkiej. Praca została podzielona na dwie części – część teoretyczną zawierającą pokrótce historię pojęcia „Zasoby ludzkie” wraz ze zmieniającym się ich postrzeganiem na przestrzeni lat przez różnych autorów oraz część badawczą z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza ankiety.W wyniku analizy przeprowadzonych badań wśród respondentów stwierdzono prawdziwość hipotezy, iż skuteczność działań skierowanych na studenta jest wysoka. Ponadto, omówienie rezultatów pozwoliło na wyłonienie dwóch najefektywniejszych obszarów oraz zdiagnozowanie elementów wymagających poprawy.
