Tendencje rozwojowe polskiego przemysłu po wstąpieniu do Unii Europejskiej. Rozwój strefy przemysłowej w Niepołomicach w latach 1990-2020

This master's thesis aims to show the general development of productive sector in Poland since joining the European Union, as well as the development of the local industrial area in the Niepołomice commune near Cracow. The dissertation is divided into four parts. The first chapter presents the foundations of the European Union and the path that Poland had to go through in order to become a member. This has already started during post-war years, which on the one hand were relieving because Poland had become an independent country and on the other hand were marked by the rebuilding of the economy destroyed by warfare. Then losing freedom again, communism, poverty and the lack of prospects for people. The last subsection describes the beginnings of the transformation in 1989 and their course until the new millennium. The second part of the thesis presents cooperation between Poland and the European Union. First comes the description of the very important topic of Poland's integration within the Union, while the next section deals with European Funds and their invaluable influence on the development of the Republic of Poland. This is related to the general development of productive sector in Poland and its innovativeness, presented in the third subchapter of this part of the thesis. The last subsection briefly describes the Europe 2020 Strategy, which sets the direction for the development of the Polish economy at present. The third chapter describes the development of the local Niepołomice Investment Area, located in the Niepołomice Commune, located approximately 20 kilometers from the Cracow centre. It is also part of the Cracow Technology Park and partially part of a Special Economic Zone. This zone began to develop dynamically during the economic transformation in the 1990s, and now it is known as respected business partner not only for Polish but also foreign investors. The fourth chapter presents Poland's development prospects, as well as the development trends of Polish productive sector, in the new EU financial perspective for 2021-2027. It also summarises the changes introduced by the Entrepreneurs' Law, which came into force in 2018.

Niniejsza praca magisterska ma na celu ogólne ukazanie rozwoju przemysłu w Polsce po wstąpieniu do Unii Europejskiej, a także rozwój lokalnej strefy przemysłowej na obszarze podkrakowskiej gminy Niepołomice. Rozprawa podzielona jest na cztery części. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawione zostały podwaliny Unii Europejskiej i droga, jaką musiała przejść Polska, by się w niej znaleźć. Rozpoczynając od lat powojennych, które z jednej strony były szczęśliwe, bo Polska stała się wolnym krajem, a z drugiej strony zostały naznaczone odbudową zniszczonej działaniami wojennymi gospodarki. Następnie ponownie utracona wolność, komunizm, ogromna bieda i brak perspektyw dla ludzi. Ostatni podrozdział opisuje początki transformacji w 1989 roku i ich przebieg aż do nowego tysiąclecia. W drugiej części pracy omawiana jest współpraca na linii Polska – Unia Europejska. Najpierw poruszony jest jakże ważny temat integracji Polski w Unii, a kolejny podrozdział traktuje o Funduszach Europejskich oraz ich nieoceniony i znaczący wpływ na rozwój Rzeczpospolitej. Łączy się to z ogólnym rozwojem przemysłu w Polsce i jego innowacyjnością, omówionym w trzecim podrozdziale tej części pracy. Ostatni podrozdział pokrótce omawia Strategię Europa 2020, czyli następczynię strategii lizbońskiej, wyznaczającą kierunek rozwoju polskiej gospodarki obecnie. W trzecim rozdziale opisany został rozwój lokalnej Niepołomickiej Strefy Inwestycyjnej, która znajduje się na terenie Miasta i Gminy Niepołomice, oddalonego ok. 20 kilometrów od centrum Krakowa. Jest też ona częścią Krakowskiego Parku Technologicznego, i częściowo objęta statusem Specjalnej Strefy Ekonomicznej. Strefa ta prężnie zaczęła się rozwijać w okresie transformacji gospodarczych w latach 90. XX wieku, a obecnie jest szanowanym partnerem biznesowym nie tylko dla inwestorów polskich, ale też zagranicznych. Czwarty, podsumowujący rozdział, przedstawia perspektywy rozwojowe Polski, a także tendencje rozwojowe polskiego przemysłu, w nowej unijnej perspektywie finansowej na lata 2021-2027. Przedstawione w nim zostają także zmiany wprowadzone przez ustawę Prawo przedsiębiorców, która weszła w życie w 2018 roku.
