Celem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie istoty tranzycji młodych artystów na rynek pracy. Praca została podzielona na dwie części po dwa rozdziały. Pierwsza część opisuje zagadnienie jakim jest tranzycja oraz analizuje szanse i ograniczenia jakie towarzyszą młodym artystom przy przejściu z systemu edukacji na rynek pracy. Druga część pracy skupia się na badaniach przeprowadzonych na grupie przyszłych absolwentów Krakowskiej Szkoły Artystycznej.
The purpose of this master thesis was to present the essence of the transition of young artists to the labour market. The master thesis is divided into two parts with two chapters. The first part describes the issue of transit and analyzes the opportunities and limitations that accompany young artists when moving from the education system to the labour market. The second part of the thesis focuses on research conducted on a group of future graduates of the Krakow Art School.
