Outsourcing of financial and accounting services on the example of the city of Cracow

Outsourcing as a method of enterprise management is gaining more and more enthusiasts. With the appropriate selection of the supplier, the entrepreneur obtains qualified staff who will perform the assigned tasks faster and cheaper. In the below thesis the definition of outsourcing was characterised. Its impact on the functioning of the city of Kraków was examined not only in economic but also in social terms. The process of introducing outsourcing to a given company was analyzed and the related benefits and threats were defined.

Outsourcing jako metoda zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem zyskuje coraz większe grono entuzjastów. Przy odpowiednim doborze dostawcy, przedsiębiorca otrzymuje wykwalifikowaną kadrę, która w sposób szybszy i tańszy wykonuje odpowiednio zlecone zadania. W poniższej pracy dyplomowej omówione zostało zagadnienie outsourcingu. Zbadano jego wpływ na funkcjonowanie miasta Krakowa pod względem nie tylko gospodarczym, ale również społecznym. Dokonano analizy procesu wprowadzania outsourcingu do danej firmy oraz scharakteryzowano wiążące się z tym korzyści i zagrożenia.
