Rozwój bankowości elektronicznej w Polsce

W poniższej pracy została przedstawiona historia oraz termin bankowości elektronicznej, rozwój nowych technologii na przestrzeni okresu od 1980r do lat obecnych, a także sposoby ich dystrybuowania. Skupiono się głównie na uwarunkowaniach prawnych, zabezpieczeniach bankowości oraz na upodobaniach użytkowników i bezpieczeństwie korzystania z tego rodzaju usług oraz zagrożeń jakie się z nim wiążą. W końcowej części pracy przedstawiono przyszłość bankowości, metody poprawy efektywności oraz nowe rozwiązania w branży bankowej, wyjaśniono czym jest blockchain, a czym sztuczna inteligencja oraz przedstawiono stosunek banków do fin-tech-ów. Na koniec została podjęta analiza ankiety stworzonej na potrzeby pracy.

The following work presents the history and term of electronic banking, the development of new technologies over the period from 1980 to the present years, as well as the methods of their distribution. The focus was mainly on the legal conditions, banking security, as well as the preferences of users and the security of using this type of services as well as the risks associated with it. The final part of the work presents the future of banking, methods of improving efficiency and new solutions in the banking industry, explains what is blockchain and what is artificial intelligence, and presents the attitude of banks to fin-techs. At the end, an analysis of the questionnaire created for the work was undertaken.
