Doskonalenie systemu zarządzania jakością zgodnie z normą ISO 9004 w przedsiębiorstwie branży chemicznej na przykładzie Grupy Azoty S.A.

The purpose of this thesis was to verify the usefulness of the recommendations of ISO 9004:2018 international standard in improving the quality management system of Grupa Azoty S.A. The review of theoretical knowledge included the introduction to the origins of the concept of quality and the methods and tools of quality management. The empirical part of the thesis included conducting a self-assessment survey of the organization according to a questionnaire compliant with the ISO 9004:2018 standard. The results of the survey made it possible to determine the maturity levels of individual elements of the quality management system of Grupa Azoty S.A., taking into account their degree of significance. Elements of the system were identified in relation to which improvement actions should be taken first. Through statistical analysis, the development status of the organisation’s quality management system was defined.

Cel niniejszej pracy objął weryfikację przydatności zaleceń normy ISO 9004:2018 w zakresie doskonalenia systemu zarządzania jakością Grupy Azoty S.A. W ramach przeglądu wiedzy teoretycznej przybliżono genezę pojęcia jakości oraz metody i narzędzia zarządzania jakością. Część empiryczna pracy objęła przeprowadzenie badania samooceny organizacji według kwestionariusza zgodnego z normą ISO 9004:2018. Wyniki badania umożliwiły określenie poziomów dojrzałości poszczególnych elementów systemu zarządzania jakością Grupy Azoty S.A. z uwzględnieniem ich stopnia istotności. Zidentyfikowano elementy systemu, wobec których w pierwszej kolejności należy podjąć działania doskonalące. Poprzez analizę statystyczną zdefiniowano stan rozwoju systemu zarządzania jakością organizacji.
