Niniejsza praca licencjacka pt. „ Prawo aborcyjne w wybranych państwach Unii Europejskiej. Analiza uregulowań prawnych w Irlandii i Holandii.” jest poświęcona zagadnieniu prawa aborcyjnego w kontekście regulacji stanowionych w tym zakresie przez Unię Europejską oraz jej wybrane państwa członkowskie, czyli Irlandię i Holandię.Praca koncentruje się na analizie aktów prawnych oraz działań organów Unii Europejskiej w procesie kształtowania przepisów dotyczących prawa aborcyjnego, jak również związanych z tym regulacji wynikających z ustawodawstwa Irlandii oraz Holandii. Celem tej analizy jest ukazanie zróżnicowania między państwami członkowskimi Unii Europejskiej w kwestii tworzenia prawa do przerywania ciąży.
