Reflections on the scope of the right to form a coalition in the project of the act on trade unions

On 22.03.2016, the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy introduced a project of an amendment on trade unions and other acts. It forms a widem albeit uncomplicated reconstruction in the normative area of collective employment relationships. It is worth to stress that effective law regulations on this matter in Polish system of Labor Code, in fact remain unchaged for the last 25 years. Postulates to change the union law were formulated by various professions for many years, including the education on Labor Code. The project attempts to be a reply from the public power to meet the demand. Undoubtedly, it will provoke a polemic not only among social partners. The article should be treated as a voice in a discussion constructed on the basis of methodologic directive sine ira et studio.
