New forms of employment in Poland

The article refers to atypical forms of employment that differ from an employment contract and contribute the deep differentiation of labour market. Author introduces Polish legal framework on this matter, and analyses the perspectives of development of new forms of employment. He emphasizes that Polish labour law is relatively rigid and many forms of atypical employment, recognized in other countries, are not explicitly regulated in Poland.
