NEUTRUM AS A SIGNAL OF NON-CONGRUENCE OF SYNTACTIC UNITS IN THE SYNTAGM

The author introduces the subject of neutrum in three dimensions: (1) paradigmatic, (2) syntagmatic, (3) paradigmatico-syntagmatic. 1. Upon paradigmatic dimension of neutrum we mean its systemic placement in the structure of three partial members of grammatical category of gender. 2. Syntagmatic dimension of neutrum we understand as an application of neutrum in the construction process of the certain types of syntactic structures. 3. Paradigmatico-syntagmatic dimension signifies not only application of neutrum in the syntactic structures, but also its inevitable clustering in charging this syntagmatic dimension together with members of other grammatical categories, specifically with the 3rd person within the grammatical category of person and with the form of singular as a member of grammatical category of number.
