This article deals with the new trends on the financial markets, namely the banking and insurance markets. Nevertheless, the bank-assurance creates on the market completely a new space and it can be expected that its popularity will grow in the future. Namely the life insurance is closely connected with the banking products, contributing to the global tendency of the banks and the insurance companies to the development of the bank-assurance that brings the synergetic effects.
