W artykule opisano wykorzystanie funkcji harmonicznej z tłumieniem do opisu przebiegu transportu wilgoci w ziarnie pszenicy podczas suszenia z wykorzystaniem sorbentu naturalnego. Określono również wpływ temperatury sorbentu oraz udział ziarna suchego na przebieg dynamiki oddawania ipochłaniania wilgoci w ziarnie.

In the article using the harmonic function with suppressing the course of the transport to the description was described damps in a grain of wheat while drying with using natural sorbent.
