There is presented the information about production in “Kotlin" Sp. z o. o. (formerly ZPOW "Kotlin"). There are also described the works related to implementation of HACCP system (in the framework of PHARE project No PL 9607-01-12) on the line of production of chilled pizza. Authoress presented expectations of the factory before access to implementation of this system, the difficulties and experiences in the course of implementation of this system and counsels for the others going to implement this system.
