Badanie aktywności przeciwgrzybiczej wybranych podstawczaków (Basidiomycetes)
It was studied two representatives of basidiomycetes - Marasmius alliaceus (Jacq.) Fr. and Fontes fomentarius (L. ex Fr.) Kickx. cultivating in vitro on two different media. The influence of volatile substances and other metabolites producing by above mentioned basidiomycetes on two species of yeasts and eight species of moulds pathogenic for human, animals and cultivated plants. Volatile substances producing by M. alliaceus inhibit the growth of A. fumigatus and P. chrysogenum mycelium and also the lack of T. lignorum sporulation. Acetate extracts from M. alliaceus mycelium have the strongest activity on yeasts and moulds pathogenic for human, i.e. C. albicans, R. rubra, A. fumigatus and P. chrysogenum, and also on the phytopathogenic moulds, i.e. F. culmorum, T. lignorum, A. gypsophilae and Thielaviopsis sp. In many cases this activity has been similar to nystatin. Activities of metabolites of M. alliaceus diffusing into cultivating fluid has been positively lower. The metabolites producing by F. fomentarius have showed weaker action to studied yeasts and moulds.
