Tutoring rówieśniczy jako skuteczna metoda wspierania procesu uczenia się
W artykule przedstawione zostały zarówno teoretyczne podstawy, jak i praktyczne zastosowania efektywnej formy wsparcia dydaktycznego jaką jest tutoring rówieśniczy. Analizie poddane zostały zajęcia realizowane w ramach tutoringu rówieśniczego na Wydziale Fizyki Technicznej i Matematyki Stosowanej Politechniki Gdańskiej. Analiza obejmuje ocenę efektywności tych zajęć, zaangażowanie studentów oraz ich satysfakcję z procesu nauki. Omówione zostały również wnioski i rekomendacje dotyczące dalszego rozwijania programów tutoringowych, które mogą przyczynić się do poprawy jakości kształcenia na poziomie akademickim.
The article presents both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of an effective form of didactic support, which is peer-tutoring, as a form of classes conducted at the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The analysis includes an assessment of the effectiveness of these classes, student engagement and their satisfaction with the learning process. Peer-tutoring has also been shown to bring benefits to the personal development of the soft competences of the tutors themselves (interpersonal skills, creativity, work and time management, the ability to cope with stress and lack of confidence). The discussion also includes conclusions and recommendations regarding the further development of tutoring programs, which can improve the quality of education at the academic level.
