Процесс формирования эффективности эксплуатации транспортно–технологических машин

Эффективность как общее описание владения какой–либо системой с когнитивной точки зрения определяется как способ достижения цели с объективно выраженной степенью, включающей затраты на энергетические, технические и временные ресурсы. В данном материале используется метод тестирования эффективности системы путем анализа целевой структуры, являющейся результатом определения и участия воздействия оценить основную цель во всей структуре всех элементов системы.

Efficiency as a general description of the ownership of any system from the cognitive point of view is defined as the way of reaching a goal with an objectively expressed degree including expenditures for energy, technical and time resources.
