Ryzyko w zarządzaniu strategicznym

The article deals with issues connected with relations and dependencies which occur between risk and strategic management. These problems are presented on a wider background taking into considerations such notions as security, threats, crises. The author comes to a conclusion that the problems treated separately of strategic management and risk are well reflected in literature. However, their point of contact, i.e. mutual connections and conditions of these two areas of human activity are relatively poorly recognized. Finally, the author defines difficult problems in question form which require solving both in strategic management theory and practice. In this kind of creation and activity, a crucial attention must be drawn to risk as an important factor stimulating the effectiveness and prosperity of each organization.
