Determinanty oceny skuteczności modernizacji linii kolejowych

Modernizacja linii kolejowych jest bardzo kosztowna. Jej wyniki powinny być oceniane wg jednolitej metody, uwzględniającej parametry eksploatacyjne oraz infrastrukturalne. Ocena ta nie powinna ograniczać się tylko do samej linii modernizowanej, lecz uwzględniać również wpływ modernizacji tej linii na parametry eksploatacyjne linii powiązanych. Artykuł przedstawia taką metodę, proponowaną przez autora. Wszystkie obliczenia wg tej metody są ilustrowane przykładami.

Modernisation of railway lines is very expensive. The received results of the modernisation should be evaluated by a uniform method, taking into account the operational and infrastructural parameters. The evaluation should not be limited only to the same modernised line but it also should take into account the impact of this modernisation on operational parameters of connected lines. The paper presents such a method of the evaluation proposed by the author. All calculations according to the method are illustrated with examples.
