Metody odzysku poliolefinowych odpadów opakowaniowych

W pracy przedstawiono charakterystykę tworzyw sztucznych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem składników, które nadają im określone właściwości. Zaprezentowano metody postępowania stosowane w odzysku tworzyw sztucznych. Ze względu na specyfikę technologii, wyróżnia się trzy podstawowe metody: recykling surowcowy, recykling mechaniczny (materiałowy) oraz odzysk energii. Analizowano problemy recyklingu materiałowego odpadów opakowaniowych z tworzyw sztucznych oraz oddziaływanie tworzyw sztucznych na środowisko. Scharakteryzowano gospodarkę odpadami z tworzyw sztucznych w Polsce oraz możliwości ograniczenia ich ilości.

The paper shows the characteristics of plastics with a particular emphasis on the ingredients that give them certain properties. The methods that are used in the recovery of plastics are presented. Due to the nature of these technologies, there are three basic methods: recovery material recycling, mechanical (material) recycling and energy recovery. The problems of plastic packaging waste recycling and the impact of plastics on the environment were analyzed. The waste plastics management in Poland and the possibilities of reducing their amount were characterized.
