Analiza transmisji danych dla potrzeb monitoringu oraz wyszukiwania danych i treści multimedialnych w sieciach teleinformatycznych

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z transmisją we współczesnych systemach monitoringu. Systemy takie stosują obecnie kamery pozwalające na kompresję obrazu do standardów MJPEG i H.264. Umożliwiają również wysyłanie tak skompresowanego obrazu poprzez sieć Ethernet lub WiFi. Z kamerami współpracują cyfrowe rejestratory NVR, które umożliwiają rejestrację obrazu wraz z retransmisją tego obrazu do stanowisk monitoringu. Dostępne są również rozwiązania umożliwiające tworzenie struktur systemu monitoringu sposób bardzo elastyczny poprzez przeniesienie usług monitoringu do chmury. Chmura taka może być zbudowana bezpośrednio przez użytkownika (chmura prywatna) lub u wyspecjalizowanego dostawcy usług (chmura publiczna). W artykule przedstawiono wymagania jakie systemy monitoringu stawiają sieciom teleinformatycznym. Badania przeprowadzone przez autorów miały na celu sprawdzenie na ile te wymagania jesteśmy w stanie spełnić.

The article presents the issues associated with the transmission in modern surveillance systems. Currently, such a systems are using a digital cameras which allow to video compression to standards MJPEG and H.264. The digital camera also allows to send compressed video via Ethernet or WiFi. With digital cameras cooperates the network video recorder (NVR) which records the received video. The NVR also allows for retransmission of monitoring video. There are also exists solutions for build monitoring system in very flexible way by transferring monitoring services to the cloud. The cloud can be built directly by the user (private cloud) or by a specialized service provider (public cloud). The article presents the requirements of the monitoring systems for ICT networks. Research conducted by the authors were to examine how these requirements are hard to meet.
